Trygga ledare (Safe Leaders) is a collaboration between the Swedish Equestrian Association and Friends. Through mentorship and supporting structures, leaders in equestrian sports are empowered to promote equal rights and non-discrimination and to create a culture of inclusion. Friends and The Swedish Equestrian Association also give out the Equestrian Safety Award, which is awarded in conjunction with the Sweden International Horse Show at the Friends Arena in Stockholm.
