Reach for Change is a non-profit organization founded by the Stenbeck Foundation, Sara Damber and the Kinnevik Group. Reach for Change provide support to social entrepreneurs world who fight to make the world better for children. Through capacity-building and grant funding, the social entrepreneurs are supported to develop and grow to have as impact big impact as possible for as many children as possible.

As a pioneer in the field of social entrepreneurship, Reach for Change has contributed to the emergence of an ecosystem for social entrepreneurs in Sweden. In collaboration with international partners, the impact of the organisation has also spread far outside Sweden. In total, Reach for Change has supported more than 1,000 social entrepreneurs since the start in Sweden in 2010. Together they have improved the lives of more than 4 million children.
