Medvind/Tailwind

Medvind/Tailwind –Social Work in Transformation – is a project designed to help traditional charitable organizations transform their operations to become more sustainable. The project provides strategic support to a cluster of four organizations with the common objective of strengthening particularly vulnerable groups. The project is executed by the Inter Business Initiative, a non-profit knowledge lab that develop tools and frameworks for sustainable and holistic value creation.

Convictus

For 20 years, Convictus has worked to prevent homelessness, drug addiction and poor health among vulnerable groups in Stockholm. Through Medvind/Tailwind, the organization receives support to develop their operations at a strategic level.

Musketörerna i Rågsved

Musketörerna i Rågsved (The Rågsved Musketeers) is a non-profit organization that supports people who live in or risk homelessness. The next step for the organisation is the opening of Visdomens Hus (House of Wisdom) in Rågsved - a meeting place for young people in the area. Medvind supports the start-up of the project.

Projekt Rågsved

Project Rågsved works for a sustainable society based on rights, responsibilities, respect and understanding. The residents of Rågsved are invited to an open forum to jointly create a safe and prosperous Rågsved for everyone.

Göteborgs Räddningsmission

Göteborgs Räddningsmission (The Gothenburg Rescue Mission) works to proactively address risk factors behind social vulnerability and exclusion. With the help of Medvind, the Rescue Mission develops the Skype School, a digital learning application that gives Roma children access to education.

Umeå Stadsmission (The Umeå City Mission) targets several different groups living in social vulnerability. Through Medvind they receive support to develop their business at a strategic level.
