Innovation for Integration was an initiative run by Reach for Change during 2016-2019, with the specific objective of improving conditions for unaccompanied minors and newly arrived youth in Sweden. Seven social entrepreneurs have received support to develop solutions that contribute to improved mental well-being, language skills and social networks in the target group. According to an evaluation from 2019, the innovations developed within the program have led to measurable improvements in all these areas. All entrepreneurs who participated in the program state that the support from Reach for Change has been important to their development, and two-thirds state it was critical.
Barnrättsbyrån (The Child's Rights Agency) promotes human rights for children and young people and offers individual support and legal advice to vulnerable and marginalized children and youth.
IT Guide recruits and hires newly arrived and young unaccompanied refugees to become IT guides and to train seniors in IT, the Internet and mobile services. Simultaneously, the youth learn Swedish, gain work experience and develop their strengths.

Kompis Sweden runs a buddy program that helps unaccompanied minors and newly arrived youth establish social networks in Sweden by connecting them with established Swedish youth.
Mitt Livs Val (My Life's Choice) aims to inspire and motivate unaccompanied minors and newly arrived youth to higher studies through a mentorship program where students from universities and colleges engage as mentors and role models.
Right To Play Sweden is working to get newly arrived youth into the labor market. The purpose of their work is to increase the number of young people to become more active participants in society, to combat discrimination and exclusion through the most important step towards effective integration - work.
The Good Talents is a leadership and social entrepreneurship program for young people. Since 2017 the program has a special focus on unaccompanied minors and newly arrived youth. The program aims to provide young people with the necessary knowledge, tools and networks to participate in their local community and to enter the labor market.
