Sophie Stenbeck
Sophie (to the right) has dedicated her life's work to improving the condition of young people all over the world and serves in a number of philanthropic roles. In 2007, Sophie founded Remedee, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young people discover their voices through media. She is also a founding board member of Sweden’s Queen Silvia's World Childhood Foundation.

Cristina Stenbeck
Cristina (to the left) has been Chairman of Investment AB Kinnevik since 2007 and Chairman of Emesco AB since 2002. She serves as a Director of the Board of Metro International S.A., Modern TImes Group MTG AB, Tele2 AB, Transcom WorldWide S.A., Korsnäs AB and Modern Holdings Inc. since 2003. Cristina was Vice Chairman of Investment AB Kinnevik 2004-2007 and Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik 2003-2004.

Johan Stenman
Johan has worked within the Kinnevik group since 1968. He is currently, among other things, the CEO of the Swedish America's Cup challenger Victory challenge.

Operations Manager

Sara Damber is Operations Manager at Hugo Stenbecks Stiftelse since January 2009. She runs the foundation's operational work on strategic development, evaluation and awarding of grants.

Sara herself is a social entrepreneur. She started the Friends Foundation in 1997, with the aim of helping schools to build a plan to work against degrading treatment and discrimination. Today, Friends has 50 employees and has trained over 25.000 peer supporters and over 300.000 adults on bullying and degrading treatment.
