Millions of Swedes have ideas to create a better society

» 2010-01-14 Almost every other Swedish - 47 percent - consider themselves to have an idea that could make society better, provided that they receive the right support to develop it. The support they consider necessary in the first place is having the right contacts, then financial support and coaching. It is the conclusion from a study that was done within Playing for Change, the Kinnevik's venture to find and support social entrepreneurs.

- It means that there are about millions of potential social entrepreneurs in Sweden. Through Playing for Change, we’ll try to find some of them and give them the ability to realize their ideas, says Sara Damber, Director Hugo Stenbeck’s Foundation.
